[mythtv-users] how does one submit code for mythweb?

I've got a modified version of mythweb's search.php program which i'd like to
submit and would gladly provide diffs against a known source) which allows
regular expressions (mysql syntax). Preceed the regexp with a ~ in the search 
box, e.g. ~^ER$

the search.php is attached for folks interested in mucking with it.
