[mythtv-users] pvr-350: mythtv won't use /dev/video16

Where does the frontend keep its settings for the output device? And is
there perhaps a higher debug level that I can enable to discover why it
is preferring xv over /dev/video16? If not, I'll just put some printfs
in and install from source, I suppose.
