[mythtv-users] error video input in mythtv on ATI r128 tuner

so finally got it working using xawtv (gatos km and ati.2 modules). mythtv 
says "error no input" in the main setup and again in the front end. is this a 
driver issue not reporting it's inputs or is it mythtv? is there some 
configuration utility for the ATIs? i know of hte atitvout utility but 
nothing for the tuner.
