[mythtv-users] MythTV && Videolan (VLC)

Hi,

Has somebody managed to make a combination of mythtv and VideoLan ? I am
running MythTV with a PVR 350; on MytWeb I can click on the "recorded"
files, but they are unable to play on windows (XP).

1) How can I make these files play on windows (also when the show is still
being recorded and I want to tune in later on)

2) Has somebody managed to get VLC/VLS working with MythTV output?

3) Is any special transcoding needed to do the things mentioned above?
