[mythtv-users] using mysql to manually edit backend settings?

ok, i got myphpadmin up and running...to refresh, what i am trying to do is manually set the input connections part of the setup, 
  Field  Type Attributes Null Default Extra Action 
   cardinputid  int(10)  UNSIGNED No    auto_increment              
   cardid  int(10)  UNSIGNED No  0                
   sourceid  int(10)  UNSIGNED No  0    

i am assuming i have to change one or all of those, unfortunately i have no clue what they should be set as, could anyone who has a working database see what their values are? I am going to be using composite cable.
