The actual TV picture is great, just not the text.  Unfortunately, my TV 
is about 7 years old and does not support S-Video, so I have to convert. :\

I have a GeForce4 MX 440 128MB.  Pretty decent card, I think.  I'll give 
the resolution change a shot.  Thanks :)
