| I checked that, and it was set to Auto Skip.  So I watched a
| flagged show to make sure I wasn't imagining it.  I loaded the
| cutlist and off I went.  It hit the first commercial and skipped
| perfectly to the show.  Then I hit the second commercial break and
| the commercials played.  I hit M to confirm they were flagged and
| they were.  I hit M again to exit and it jumped over them back to
| the show. :|

I know it won't help any, but if it's any comfort to you I see this
all the time too.  I've just started using the 30s skip to flip
through the commercials.
