[mythtv-users] I've lost audio in Video and DVD modes

I am having the opposite problem. I have been able to get spdif sound 
working with mplayer using the newer option of ao=alsa1x:spdif (instead 
of alsa9:spdif). I have not been able to get sound while watching live 
tv or recorded shows. I am running with kernel 2179 and the latest alsa 
files.
