PVR-350 records to MPEG2 and DVD's are recorded in MPEG2, so the easiest
thing to do is just to send the (unencrypted/decrypted) MPEG2 to the
PVR-350. That's exactly what this patch does:

Unfortunately, since MPlayer doesn't do DVD Navigation, you won't have
access to the menus. (Pretty sure about that, but I haven't patched
MPlayer to verify.)
If you really want files on disk, you probably just need to decrypt the
ones on the DVD. Note, there are legal implications to decrypting DVD's
in some parts of the world (even if just decrypting them while watching
them with MPlayer/xine)... IANAL...
