[mythtv-users] Cable box serial control

Tried one more call to Comcast and same thing. This guy knew what a TIVO is but said I'd have to call TIVO. He couldn't control the serial port. I even told him "it's the serial port on my cable box, not the port on my TIVO.
Anyone have a direct number or contact at Comcast?
I used the 1800COMCAST number.
This is so frustrating, I could scream.

Try telling them you have a TiVo. Also, your firmware needs to be
version 7.54 or higher. To check go to Menu->Setup->Cable Box, then
choose "Yes" to "See Configuration".
