[mythtv-users] Hauppauge IR receiver and URC8811

I don't have an URC-8811 working, but I have a
URC-6131 working with the Hauppauge IR receiver via
lirc.  Should be roughly the same concept.

I made a post to the list a few weeks ago (I think)
with detailed instructions on setting up the 6131. 
Basically, start off with the lirc RC-5 config file,
and work from there.
