I think it'll display. Just really, really, really, really, really badly. The 
XBox has a 733MHz processor. The recommendation for optimal HD playback with 
MythTV is a 3.0GHz HT P4.

No clue. I don't know why it wouldn't though. It should just be a modeline 
difference to get the 480p setup working, which shouldn't impact PIP.

Dunno, never tried, but its just another video file being output to a display, 
so I don't know why not (I can watch HD stuff on a monitor just fine). You 
may have some cpu load issues doing the scaling, I'm not sure.

Video captured from a PVR-250 also displays just fine. I do that all the 
time. ;-)
