[mythtv-users] Slightly OT - Help w/Homebrew IR Transceiver (LIRCPROBLEMS)

If you can get your hands on a scope, that is the easiest way.  If not, 
a logic probe will work as well.  You can get a probe off ebay for < 
$10.  See if you get anything on the data pin.
