Other than being horrendous pop-under advertisers, they're a decent
company.  Their online ordering system just hasn't come of age yet - the
bank phone number is uncommon, but not unheard of, and lets them call
the bank to verify that the shipping address is allowed for that card. 
The CVV2 number thing is common all over the place.
