[mythtv-users] MythTV geared towards quality (DVI, SPDIF, etc)

So, my question is then, when it comes to quality alone, is it better to
capture with MPEG2 from hardware, or some frame grabber with mpeg4 with
hq settings. I can use SPDIF audio then, too.

And, I don't know how Jarod's HDTV output guide translates to using a
PVR350's output (methinks some sort of ivtv driver for X(org|Free86)?)
