	See my previous posts about avidemux2 doing *LOTS* of padding.  It's 
probably a bug or something, but my experience making DVD MPEG2PS with avidemux 
results in files that are about 20% larger than using mplex to manually mux the 
audio and video.  tcscan and tcprobe verify this on the resulting mpg.  Also, 
my version of avidemux dies when attempting a requant.
