[mythtv-users] Distorion in PVR-250 Capture

My setup is Debian unstable, Myth 0.14, ivtv 0.1.9 using a PVR-250.

The picture image is good, except for the bottom few lines. There is a
visable distortion, that looks to be jittery at the bottom of the picture.
Using the over/under scan controls, the distortion can be eliminated in
LiveTV but it still appears in recordings. Changing the input from S-Video
to Composite to the Tuner has no effect either.

This may be an ivtv driver issue or configuration problem. When I capture
directly (say using "cat /dev/video0 > file.mpg) the distortion still
exists.

I have looked over the archives and found problems similar to this, but no
solution just yet. Has anyone encountered this problem and found a
resolution?
