[mythtv-users] Skipping to beggining or end of recording.

Hello,

    This may be a question covered already but I haven't been able
to find it anywhere.

    Is there a way (keyboard command) when watching a recording to
instantly skip to the beginning or end of the recording?  Meaning, I press
a key the recording starts playing from the start?
