[mythtv-users] TVOverScan works, but can't center picture

I have the same problem with my NVidia card. Seems the nvtv utility doesn't
yet support the NVIDIA TV encoder chip. I can center the screen under
Windows without a problem but without nvtv working I'm unable to under
Linux.

That data is timecode and closed captioning information, among other 
things.
