[mythtv-users] TVOverScan works, but can't center picture

First, keep in mind that your TV signal is usually spread out past the 
edges of the screen.  I found that one local channel has weird data in 
the top of the frame that I had to expand extra to get off the screen. 
My Myth menu's have their text all the way to the edge, which is 
annoying, but they fit.

However, I still have a 1/2" black bar at the bottom of my 27" TV 
because I can't get it to center either... :-(

I've tried the NVidia TV out tweak app mentioned elsewhere (Sourceforge) 
on this list, but I can't get it to run without a segfault.
