See http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-12.html and scroll down to
where it talks about the .htaccess file in 12.2.  You need to uncomment
the lines in .htaccess (located in /var/www/html/mythweb if you used the
documentation) and create a password file for Apache to enable password
access.
