Not sure, I compiled the latest nvidia drivers and it is all done via an
automated script/menu.  Or do you mean compile XvMC support in the kernel?

With mplayer...I captured about a 30 second clip with the getatsc tool that
comes on the pcHDTV card.  I don't have the card working in myth yet but I think
I'm getting close.
