I run a GeGorce 4/MX (it's a PNY Verto card -- under $50 at BestBuy if
memory serves), and it's always "just worked" for overscan.  I use
Nvidia's drivers (of course), and everything I've watched fills the
screen perfectly on my RCA 27" set.  I'm presently using build 4363 of
the Nvidia drivers.  Not the latest, but it ain't broke, ya know? =)
