You've likely got the wrong provider selected.  Re-run the backend 
setup, and under 'Video Sources', try a different provider.  For 
instance, for my zip code, I get a list with the following providers:

Comcast - Cherry Hill
Comcast - Cherry Hill - Cable Ready
Comcast - Cherry Hill - Digital

The first two give me subtly different channel lineup for regular cable; 
the last one is obviously for Comcast Digital Cable in my area.  Only 
the last one will list any channels above 125.  Double-check yours.  
You can see a list of providers by using the command:

tv_grab_na --configure --list-providers --zipcode=<zip>

(If you're not in NA, I'm sure your grabber has something similar if 
it's XMLTV-based)
