Hello Per,

PÅS> Recently  my country (Norway), switched to wintertime, adjusting the time 1

PÅS> again.  Nope,  same result. So i adjusted the TimeOffset setting from +0200

Also  noticed this. But the real problem seem to be with the xmltv grabber. Take
a look at the xml and you'll see that all the times there are wrong. The devs at
xmltv is looking at this.
