[mythtv-users] Recordings eating disk space: setting changed?

Well, I suppose the obvious thing to tell you to check is the recording
profile resolution(s)... default is 480x480 for high quality I believe? ...
Secondly, did you change it from RTJPEG to MPEG or vice versa?  ... the
audio sampling rate maybe too, but this wouldnt inflate it to 4 gb an
hour...
