[mythtv-users] Recordings eating disk space: setting changed?

OK...I've run into a problem.  I must have switched something, because my 
recordings went from taking approximately 680 MB per hour to taking 
more than 4.5 GB per hour.

I'm not sure what I would have changed that would have caused this.  Does 
this sound familiar to anybody to find a fix?  At this rate, I fill my hd 
within a couple of hours.
