atrpms-kickstart _needs_ to be dist-upgraded! It is displayed on your
screen right at installation time.
In any case it is better to run "apt-get dist-upgrade" and not "apt-get
upgrade", even when the "dist" in dist-upgrade implies usage for
full-distro upgrades.
atrpms-kickstart is a temporary starter package that removed itself at
the first usage. It gets replaced by several smaller packages, which
you can download piece by piece (so instead of doing that I offer a
monolithic one-time-manual download package).
After "apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade" you get the true access
to 3000+ packages ...
I think I am going to scrap atrpms-kickstart for a ximian like startup
shell script.
