The same thing here, I didn't run into the same problem, because I start
mythfrontend from .fvwmrc but when I force it, ivtv will grab video0. If
you load ivtv after via, then /var/log/messages still shows it's trying
to get video 0-2 and is refused then settles on 3. So there is a
definite order to respect. This should be added to the modules.conf as
add or preload option.
