[mythtv-users] mythfilldatabase in UK (tv_grab_uk)

Any UK Mythtv users out there ?

I have got Myth install and sort of working.  The problem I have is during
the xmltv stage of setup.  I can select my grabber ok, and then switch to
the terminal session to watch tv_grab_uk run.   It goes off to ananova.com
ok, but unfortunately not all my channels are available on the site.   I
have searched the archives and read all the myth documentation, but I can't
find anything covering my problems.

Thus mythfilldatabase only populates some of my channels in the database.
A few questions :

1)  How can I add the remaining channels to the database, even if I can't
get guide data for them ?

2)  I have tried running xawtv.  I can tune the channels ok with a lot of
manual fine tuning, but where is the file to use with the mythfilldatabase
file option ?

3)  I have also tried "tvtime".  This works really well (perfectly even !).
When I do a full manual scan and avoid the preset channel tables, it finds
all my analog cable channels.  Thus I know exactly what the frequencies are.
If I write an sql script to put them in the database, how could I link this
to tv_grab_uk
 to get the guide data ?
