[mythtv-users] "Missing recordings" with log data

Ok I'll give this another shot.

Last night just before I headed off to bed I randomly tagged a bunch of 
shows to record during the night so I could see if the "missing recording" 
behviour repeated itself again.

Below is what mythbackend output to the console.  In particular it seems to 
be facing some I/O issues.  The system is an AMD Duron 1100Mhz machine with 
a PVR 250 card, 384 MB of RAM, and DMA on the 80 Gig HD.
