[mythtv-users] ivtv drivers and Mandrake 9.1

Check the Documentation in section 19.  Follow the Mandrake 9.1 +
PVR-250.  You can also follow the FAQ on the ivtv project site.  I used
that (with a little adjustments for the naming of the modules when I
loaded them) and I'm up and running.
