AMD's own chipsets work well, I've a dual-1700MP workstation that was
running MythTV in VMWare for a while.

My front and back combined box in the lounge is a K7S5A with one of the
above MP processors, cheap as possible DDR2100 RAM, on-board sound and a
cheap Leaktek TV Card. This is an SIS chipset. No problems or instability.

I have an Athlon XP 1800+ CPU.
Is there any motherboard out there that supports this CPU yet DOESN'T
have a KT chipset?
I thought almost every motherboard was based on KT chipset.

Could someone tell me a board that works PERFECTLY with the PVR 250's?
