[mythtv-users] Setting Tuner Freqs

Forgive this newbie question: I've finished setting up MythTV and it
works a treat with my PVR250 card, and I've been testing it with the
composite input.

Now I want to use the tuner and I've scanned the docs and searched the
archives, but I couldn't find out how/where you set the frequencies up
for each channel.

In fact, I don't even know where you detail the list of channels you
want to be able to tune to.

I can only guess that this is done using the tv_grab_uk (where I am) and
the channel packages somehow look up the freqs, but it won't (for 
instance) know which RF channel my video / set-top box / cabletvb 
terrestrial passthrough is on.

Any pointers?
