I have a GeForce4 MX, and you're correct, nvtv doesn't work for 
overscan/underscan.  But, with the latest drivers from Nvidia, I can finally 
adjust those settings in my XF86Config file... I found the process to be 
quite simple, and now my picture fills my whole TV screen!
