[mythtv-users] Trying to get up and running, but mythfilldatabase skips all channels

See an earlier post (can't remember if it was on -users or -dev).  XMLTV
changed their file format *again*.  Use 0.5.14, or wait on Isaac to get
around to working around their constant minor-rev compatibility changes.
