This has been discussed at length. Yes there is an extra '\r' in the script twice but also there is an extra question mark towards the bottom of the script thats giving you that "column stars cannot be null" error. Also the username and password has to match your database as well. It's where the (mythtv, mythtv) is. Please visit Tarek's site he will have the updated version of this script.
