[mythtv-users] Mythbackend dead but PID file exists

It ended up being simply a problem with my /mnt/store directory .  Must
make sure that it is writable by the mythtv user.
chmod -R mythtv:mythtv /mnt/store

Double-check the ordering of your init scripts. If mysql isn't already
started
when mythbackend tries to start, you'll get that behavior.
