hi i have a problem installing mythtv :) *as you may notice i am new to the
mailing list*
i am using the guide from Jarod C. Wilson installing myth,
well there are some problems ...
at the step where i have to proff the tv-card *cat /dev/video0 >
/tmp/test_capture.mpg* the movie only shows white and black ... not a
picture sorry i dont know how to describe exactly *coming from germany* i
would suggest snow falling :)
and the movie player does not work correct, if i want to use it it only
outputs the error: sorry, this color-depth is not enough.
my resolutions setings are 1024-768 using millions of colors.
oh yes i am using an pvr-350
thank you for any help.
with best regards
Michael Schlembach
