I'm curious, since I'm currently facing the same buying decision. 
Assuming the TV-out functions to come around, what benefits would there be
using the PVR-350's TV-out versus a Geforce 2's s-video out?  I already
have the Geforce 2...wondering if the PVR-350 would really be worth it?
