You're welcome.

Yes, the tools are there.

Nothing at all! Since it is Debian, you can apt-get whatever is missing...

I'm still thinking the upgrade process through... Working with unstable
making it kinda of difficult, in that if I try apt-get something it may
need dependecies that might not make the install process smooth. At
some point(hopfully sooner, hopfully as my plate w/ work is full for the
next month, month and a half), I have this worked out... I thinking
once I have the base system with all I want(got a few things to add),
I'll learn to make .debs myself and that would be how you'd upgrade from
one release to the next. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

If you know for a fact that all the hardware you have works with Linux
with no issues then yes! I cannot speak for the hardware list you
provided as my is different, but I believe everything your list is
supported. I believe you'll have to get Nvidia's driver of course for
the nForce(can anyone correct me on this?) and of course for the
Geforce. I have simple instruction on wget'ng the NVidia
driver(video). I don't have a Winfast, but from reading here on the
boards, I don't think you'll have too much of an issue with it.

You're welcome. Thanks for the encouragement.
