[mythtv-users] extra buttons on WinFast TV2000 CoolCommand remote

Be aware that with the newer (cvs?) versions of lirc, the "duplicate" 
buttons are fixed... they really send different codes, but the older 
lirc stuff didn't interpret them correctly.
