[mythtv-users] Editing Problems

Hi,

  I have had several problems editing recorded 
programs.  I've had these problems in version
0.9, 0.10, and now 0.11.

  I have MythTV set to automatically detect
commercials.
When the program has finished recording,  I watch
it and the commercials are not skipped.  I hit the
"M" key and get the edit bar,  but I don't have the
red intervals to show where the commercials are.
I hit the "Z" key and nothing happens.

  I can work around this by doing the following.
1) restart the program
2) hit the "Z" key.  Does not matter if you are in
   a commercial, or not.
3) Hit the "M" key.  Blank edit bar,  but this time
   when you it the "Z" key,  the commericals pop up
   as red intervals.  Is this how its intended to
work?
  
Note: this squence does not bring up the commercial
cuts in version 0.11.
