[mythtv-users] Persistent Browse-mode

I just put something into CVS to allow you to use Browse Mode by default
when hitting UP/DOWN while watching LiveTV.  Goto the 'on screen display'
page in setup.  Also added a 30-second timeout to browse mode so it won't
stay up forever. :)
