[mythtv-users] Issues with MythVideo and Mplayer/Xvid...

I know this isnt a Mythtv issue... but suddenly when I upgraded to the
1st set of apt-get/synaptic packages for .11 of mythtv, it started
acting like I didnt have mplayer loaded on my system... so I removed
mplayer and attempted to reinstall the RPM...now I cannot install
mplayer due to libxvidcore.so issues...

did anyone else get this? 
am I just not seeing the answer right in front of my face?
