I've tried several different times to switch from v4l to v4l2, but I've
yet been uncessfull. I've tried patching a vanilla 2.4.20 kernel, but
that didn't work. Nor did trying to use the precompiled ATrpm v4l2
kernel recommended here

....

[mythtv at pvr ~]$ uname -a
Linux pvr 2.4.20-19.23.rh9.at #1 Sun Aug 3 09:35:13 EDT 2003 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

[mythtv at pvr ~]$ v4l-conf
v4l-conf: using X11 display :0
dga: version 2.0
mode: 640x480, depth=16, bpp=16, bpl=1280, base=0xe8000000
/dev/video0 [v4l2]: ioctl VIDIOC_QUERYCAP: Invalid argument
/dev/video0 [v4l]: configuration done

Has anyone been sucessful in using v4l2 with mythtv?

Thanks,
Reza
