The registration process does a number of checks to try and stop abuse. 
One of the test involves doing some validation checks on the supplied 
email and the domain name. Typical the registration process will fail 
due to some DNS error.

Taking a very quick look at @beau.org and @beau.lib.la.us shows a couple 
of DNS errors which will likely have caused the problems with you trying 
to register. If the domains belong to you, you might want to run dlint 
on them to pickup the errors.

FYI, when I did an DNS lookup from the webserver, it couldn't find any 
MX records. I tried from another server on a different network and it 
found some MX records but the SOA Serial number was exactly the same.
