Those are good deals. As far as the local store...you know how that goes.
It is all a matter of personal preference, I myself like to the convenience
of hopping down to the local store, paying a tad more, getting the retail
packaging and documentation, and the simplicity of return if needed. But it
was nice of you to take the time to calculate the percentage of overpayment.
And... this drive seems pretty damn quiet to me. Seems comparable to my
80GB Cuda.

fyi these 120gig Barracuda 7200rpm drives are $88 with shipping on
pricewatch, and there are 6 vendors offering the drives for less than $90
shipped.
sorry if that's already been said, I just couldn't understand why anyone
would post that a drive can be purchased for 12% more locally than online,
not like it's a good deal, unless your hard drive died suddenly and you
need a replacement ASAP.
