The partially implemented drivers for the pvr-usb are pvrusb.sf.net, but the 
rest of what Robert said is true =)  If the tuner worked, it'd probably be 
able to be supported (with a tiny bit of effort) by the new code I'm writing 
to handle the pvr-250.
