[mythtv-theming] Change to audio setup wizard

Hi everyone..

In fixing the audio part in the setup wizard (commit
https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/commit/825975cd3c0883678ac6de426dd620796a05993a),
I made the number of audio channels available dependent on the audio
device selected, as well as vary according to the digital audio
settings checked.

As such, having an element order like:
*Audio Device
*Number of Channels
*AC3
*DTS
*...
*Testing

make no sense from a usability perspective, as typically the user
using SPDIF would have to select the audio device, go down to check
AC3&DTS then go up to change the number of audio channels from Stereo
to 5.1.

The display really should be like:
*Audio Device
*AC3
*DTS
*...
*Number of Channels
*Testing

As this is theme dependent, I humbly ask that you update your theme in
order to relocate the elements as above...
